About the Team

As a Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of Amazon's recruiting machine, ensuring that every candidate experiences a smooth, professional, and welcoming hiring process. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to schedule interviews, manage candidate logistics, and keep the hiring process moving with speed and precision.

Core Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate high-volume interviews across multiple time zones for technical, corporate, and operations roles
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process, ensuring timely and professional outreach
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in Amazon's Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate offer letter generation, background checks, and pre-employment documentation workflows
  • Partner with recruiters to identify scheduling bottlenecks and implement solutions that reduce time-to-hire
  • Support new hire onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and hiring teams
  • Generate weekly recruiting activity reports tracking interview volume, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline metrics

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage high interview volumes without errors
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive candidate information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical or corporate recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with Amazon's Leadership Principles and their application in the hiring process
  • Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply
