Responsibilities Provide technical expertise and support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering solutions Design and develop technical solutions to address complex engineering problems Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of technical solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance Skills Proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Boot Microservices Experience with REST API, PostgreSQL, and ReactJS Understanding of Qlik and severance business plans and rules Experience in the HR domain Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience Experience in the HR domain is a plus Familiarity with severance business plans and rules Company Overview SGF Global is a staffing and recruiting company providing payroll, training, managed services, and recruitment solutions.
