About Us

We’re a growing real estate photography business that helps real estate agents and homeowners showcase properties beautifully through professional photos and videos. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Remote Virtual Assistant who can handle day-to-day admin work and also jump in with minor photo and video editing when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars and schedule photography/videography sessions for our team and clients
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or messaging apps — answer questions, confirm bookings, and resolve issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and keep clients happy from first contact through final delivery
  • Perform minor photo editing (cropping, straightening, basic color/exposure adjustments, watermarking/logos)
  • Do basic video editing for property tours (trimming clips, adding simple text/transitions/music, exporting files)
  • Keep digital files organized, track projects, update spreadsheets, and help with other admin tasks (follow-ups, invoicing support, etc.)
  • Use tools like Google Calendar, email, project management apps, and editing software every day

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative, virtual assistant, or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
  • Photo editing experience (Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva)
  • Basic video editing skills are a big plus (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, iMovie, etc.)

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Experience in real estate, photography, or media
  • A small portfolio or examples of your editing work (we love seeing samples!)
  • Familiarity with Areyo tools
