Compensation - Voice Support: 160 per hour Responsibilities Voice Support Specialist Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Provide clear, polite, and accurate information to customers Troubleshoot customer issues and document interactions Maintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfaction Respond to customer emails quickly and accurately Resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and update internal systems Maintain SLAs for response time, accuracy, and ticket closures Requirements Excellent English spoken and written communication skills 1 to 3 years of BPO / Customer Support experience is a strong advantage.
