About the role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at TGP LIVING COLLECTION SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and contributing to the overall success of our store. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and being able to provide customers with detailed information
• Handling customer inquiries, transactions and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing to customers
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and providing feedback for improvements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or lifestyle industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays as required
