Position: Rubric Questions Expert (Generalist)

Role Responsibilities Write detailed, structured rubrics describing high-quality AI-generated responses to user-uploaded images and prompts. Define clear evaluation criteria to distinguish effective, average, and poor AI responses. Translate qualitative judgments into consistent, objective scoring guidelines. Review and refine rubrics to improve clarity, coverage, and reliability for AI training. Work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment to meet project requirements. Requirements Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail. Ability to structure subjective quality assessments into clear, repeatable rubrics. Consistency and sound judgment when evaluating AI-generated content. Comfortable working independently on documentation-focused tasks.
