Role overview

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise, guide, and support a team of 10 to 15 account executives in a high-volume outbound cold calling setting.
  • Keep daily outbound activity on track and make sure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets.
  • Coach team members through call reviews, live listening, and regular one-on-one sessions to improve selling skills and conversion rates.
  • Build a team environment that is collaborative, inclusive, accountable, and focused on ongoing development.
  • Run team meetings, sales trainings, and performance review sessions that improve engagement and results.
  • Study performance data, identify gaps, and put improvement plans in place to increase conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Ensure prospects receive clear and accurate information about products, pricing, and policies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience leading and developing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Background in selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling and quota-based sales settings.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring ability, with a focus on helping others grow.
  • Comfort with analyzing metrics and turning insights into practical improvements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
  • A bachelor's degree, or at least 3 years of customer-facing experience plus a high school diploma or GED.

Compensation and benefits

The annual pay range for this role is $63,000 to $78,000, plus performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Either a bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of customer-facing experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
