Job Description:

  • Develop comprehensive training strategies aligned with SAP GROW implementation timelines and business objectives.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify role-based learning requirements.
  • Create training plans, schedules, and learning roadmaps for business users and key stakeholders.
  • Support organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives.
  • Design and develop engaging training materials including: User Guides, Quick Reference Cards, Process Documentation, eLearning Content, Training Presentations, Job Aids, Knowledge Base Articles.
  • Deliver instructor-led virtual and classroom training sessions.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and support super-user networks.
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops and SAP system demonstrations.
  • Support adoption initiatives that increase user engagement and SAP system utilization.
  • Gather user feedback and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support go-live readiness activities and post-go-live user support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, user enablement, or organizational adoption programs.
  • Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise application implementations.
  • Strong instructional design and adult learning principles knowledge.
  • Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and client-facing environment.
