Script Writer – Contractual - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write and deliver 15 unique scripts weekly (35-45 seconds each) using the 3-arc story structure, ensuring the content is age-appropriate, imaginative, and aligned with BabyBillion's guidelines.
2. Develop fun, engaging, and easy-to-understand stories and dialogues that resonate with preschool audiences.
3. Use data insights from YouTube Analytics (STR, APV) to refine scripts and improve story engagement and viewer retention. Ensure 70% of videos achieve an STR above 70% and an APV above 100% within one week of upload.
4. Work closely with the Director, Assistant Director, and YouTube Manager to adapt scripts for last-minute changes based on cast availability, ensuring 100% adherence to production schedules.
5. Actively participate in weekly meetings to evaluate content performance, eliminate ineffective approaches, and double down on strategies that work.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. 0–1 year of experience in scriptwriting or similar roles, preferably in kids' content.
2. 2. Strong proficiency in Hindi dialogue writing, with relatable, natural, and fun expressions.
3. 3. Ability to create engaging, simple, and imaginative stories for preschool audiences.
4. 4. Ability to analyze content performance data and adapt scripts to improve performance.
5. 5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and production teams.
6. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment and making quick changes when required.
7. 7. Ability to work full-time for the entire 6-month contractual period.
