<p>Profile Requirements:</p>

<li>Min 5-8+ years experience as a Senior Developer</li>
<li>Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions</li>
<li>Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python and related technologies</li>
<li>Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities</li>
<li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions</li>
<li>Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning</li>
<li>Skill & Experience – Desired</li>
<li>Knowledge of AI/ML technologies</li>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)</li>
<li>Agile/Scrum certification</li>
<li>Qualifications</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory)</li>
<li>UiPath Senior Developer Certification (mandatory)</li>
<li>Additional technical certifications, including ABBYY (desired)</li>

<li>Design and develop complex software solutions using UiPath, ABBYY and related technologies</li>
<li>Lead technical design discussions and code reviews</li>
<li>Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance</li>
<li>Establish development standards and best practices</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues</li>
<li>Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications</li>
<li>Optimise existing automation solutions for performance and scalability</li>
<li>Participate in project planning and estimation</li>
<li>Document technical specifications and solution architectures</li>
<li>Ensure code quality through testing and validation</li>
