We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect – Digital Business Platforms (DBP) to join a leading end-client global company. Location: Madrid – Hybrid (60% on site, 40% remote) Professional English (C1) A global organization is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect with a strong strategic and business-oriented profile, focused on Digital Business Platforms (DBP). This role operates at enterprise level and plays a key part in driving architectural alignment, governance, and business transformation across complex global environments; acting as a bridge between business and technology. Define architecture blueprints for Digital Business Platforms within R&D environments.

Design solutions aligned with business processes, value streams, and data models. Perform business capability mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure alignment with global enterprise architecture principles and standards.

Enforce architecture governance and ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks. Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Digital Offices, and senior leadership. Lead and mentor Solution Architects across global initiatives.

Support and manage organizational change in large-scale, global initiatives. 10+ years of experience in IT, covering enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or Digital Business Platforms. ~ Proven experience leading global, multicultural teams. ~ High level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and business orientation. ~ Professional level of English (C1). Agile ITIL Short working hours on Fridays Flexible working schedule Hybrid model: 60% remote – 40% on-site
