<div><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br/><br/> Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager to join our franchise commercial team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader franchise and commercial teams, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests. <br/><br/> <strong>The Role </strong> <br/><br/> Fundamentally, this role is built to drive performance in Hyatt's franchise hotels across Full Service and Select Service brands. This is accomplished by leveraging Hyatt's commercial engine, tools and programming to deliver best in class collaboration. This will be done via: <br/><ul><li> Serve as a primary commercial advisor to a defined portfolio of operators and hotels. </li><li> Conduct structured performance reviews with ownership and operator leadership. </li><li> Translate corporate commercial strategy into actionable property-level initiatives. </li><li> Identify revenue opportunities, cost efficiencies, and performance gaps. </li><li> Provide clear, data-driven recommendations aligned with owner return objectives. </li><li> Analyze portfolio performance across RevPAR, RGI, ADR, occupancy, channel mix, and segmentation trends. </li><li> Partner with Revenue Management to improve pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory controls. </li><li> Support distribution optimization, including channel contribution, OTA strategy, and digital direct growth. </li><li> Drive adoption of Hyatt revenue tools and commercial platforms. </li><li> Coach General Managers, Directors of Sales, and Revenue Leaders on commercial best practices. </li><li> Facilitate performance workshops and portfolio reviews. </li></ul></div>
