Job Description:

  • Own alert-triggered, precision non-personal promotion (NPP) strategy, planning, and execution across all BRAFTOVI and BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI indications
  • Build and improve capability connecting diagnostic and testing signals to sequenced, near-real-time HCP engagement
  • Translate brand strategy into media and CRM plans with CMO, media partners, CRM leads, HCP Accelerator partners, agencies, and analytics teams
  • Evolve the CRC NPP plan through innovative approaches and maximize NPS potential
  • Own KPIs, measurement, and optimization for NPP, media, CRM, and HCP Accelerator
  • Manage tactical planning, budget inputs, timelines, creative development, approvals, deployment, and performance readouts
  • Own the cross-indication pan-tumor campaign across personal and non-personal promotion
  • Partner with indication strategy leads to align pan-tumor initiatives with brand and indication-specific objectives
  • Manage speaker program strategy and execution
  • Align congress strategy and external engagement priorities across indications
  • Ensure field colleagues have compliant materials and aligned pull-through plans; monitor execution and implement course corrections
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, medical, legal, regulatory, compliance, agencies, analytics, CRM, and other partners
  • Ensure materials and programs comply with Pfizer policies and promotional standards
  • Maintain operational discipline across Veeva/PROMPT, GCMA, tactical planning, agency timelines, budgets, and milestones
  • Contribute to operating plans, strategic planning, meetings, agency planning, and other brand initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of marketing, customer engagement, omnichannel, strategic planning, analytics, sales, account management, or related commercial experience
  • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for AI-enabled marketing innovation and a dare-to-try mindset
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to lead strategy through execution in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing without authority and communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues, agencies, and external partners
  • Strong compliance mindset and ability to partner with Review Committee, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance colleagues
  • MBA, advanced degree, or relevant commercial leadership experience preferred
  • US Oncology marketplace experience preferred
  • Experience with non-personal promotion, media, CRM, omnichannel marketing, HCP Accelerator, or digital customer engagement preferred
  • Experience with speaker programs, peer-to-peer education, congress planning, field engagement, or customer-facing execution preferred
  • Experience with promotional review processes, Veeva/PROMPT, GCMA, agency management, and/or Pfizer commercial operating processes preferred
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Position requires permanent work authorization in the United States
