The Coca-Cola Company, Commercial Product Supply (CPS) is seeking an experienced Programme Management Office (PMO) Lead to drive the delivery of our Future of Work (FoW) programme. This is a critical strategic initiative that will transform how we organise, plan, develop capabilities, and optimise performance across our global manufacturing network of 19 plants spanning 17 countries and 3,700 employees. The PMO Lead will be the central pillar of program execution, responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, effective governance, progress visibility, and delivery excellence across five integrated workstreams. This role acts as the key connector between workstream leaders, senior leadership, and regional teams — serving as the primary point of reference for program management, coordination, and accountability. This is a pivotal role in driving transformation and sustainable high-performance culture across CPS. The PMO Lead will have direct visibility with senior leadership, influence over programme direction, and the opportunity to build a high-performing programme team. The role offers significant scope to establish best-in-class programme management practices and contribute to the strategic evolution of how The Coca-Cola Company manages global manufacturing operations. The Coca-Cola Company is committed to creating an inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and provide reasonable accommodations to support your candidacy.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain the program governance structure, including decision-making frameworks, escalation protocols, responsibility matrices (RACI), and decision logs, ensuring that agreements and commitments are documented and traceable
Plan, prepare, and facilitate Executive Steering Committee meetings and workstream leader sessions, including agenda preparation, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up on resulting commitments
Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola enterprise portfolio management standards and CPS transformation governance
Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plan with integrated timelines, dependencies, and critical path visibility
Track progress across the five workstreams (High-Performance Culture, Organizational Design, Greenfield & Brownfield Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Capabilities), consolidating progress KPIs, completed milestones, and pending deliverables into weekly operational reports and monthly executive reports for senior leadership
Identify, record, and actively manage program risks, dependencies, and blockers through a formal risk log, developing mitigation plans with workstream leaders and escalating to senior leadership in a timely manner when required.
Manage scope, schedule, and budget; communicate variance and re-planning needs to stakeholders
Work in close partnership with each workstream leader to clarify objectives, break down activities, define measurable milestones, and ensure that workstream plans are aligned with the overall strategic goals of the FoW program
Identify cross-stream dependencies and coordinate handoffs
Support workstream leads with templates, tools, and best practice guidance
Control the FoW programme budget, including tracking spend, forecasting, and variance analysis
Work with finance and workstream leads to manage allocations and approve expenditures
Provide transparent budget reporting to senior leadership and identify cost optimisation opportunities
Create clear, compelling status reports and dashboards for executive leadership (LT, XLT, Senior Director, P&C, CPS)
Develop and deliver communication plans for key milestones and deliverables
Maintain stakeholder alignment across regions (APAC, Americas, EMEA)
Coordinate and oversee the performance of external consultants, vendors, and contractors engaged in the program, ensuring their deliverables meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and budget.
Manage contracts, purchase orders, and procurement processes related to the program in coordination with the CPS leaders.
Define and monitor FoW program success indicators (KPIs) at the global and workstream level, establishing baselines, targets, and periodic evaluation mechanisms to measure the real impact of implemented initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the program team, documenting lessons learned, best practices, and methodological adjustments that strengthen execution capability throughout the program lifecycle.
Maintain programme artefacts (roadmap, frameworks, guiding principles, vision statements) and keep them current
Support the execution of organizational change management activities, including impact assessments, adoption strategies, engagement plans, and coordination with the People & Culture team to ensure the effectiveness of interventions
Leverage reliable data (Workday analytics, productivity metrics, adoption indicators) to inform program decisions, identify trends, evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives, and adjust the plan as needed
Requirements
8+ years of programme or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a formal PMO or programme leadership role
Proven experience managing large, complex programmes (ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or global supply chain contexts)
Strong proficiency in programme management tools and methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent enterprise programme frameworks)
Experience developing and maintaining governance structures, dashboards, and executive reporting
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities and dependencies
Budget ownership and financial management experience; familiarity with spend tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to senior leaders
Knowledge of people, organizational culture, organizational and workforce transformation initiatives is highly valued, given the People & Culture nature of the FoW program.
