Could it be you?<o:p></o:p><h1>About the Role<o:p></o:p></h1>As a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager, you will make an impact by leading strategic product initiatives and advisory engagements in the Courier, Express & Parcel (CEP) industry. You will be a valued member of the Transportation & Logistics Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.<o:p></o:p><h1>In this role, you will:<o:p></o:p></h1>· Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CEP solutions, aligning with enterprise and client transformation goals.<o:p></o:p>· Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, operational efficiency, and customer-centric delivery models.<o:p></o:p>· Lead consulting engagements to assess current-state operations and define future-state operating models.<o:p></o:p>· Drive innovation in parcel capabilities, including last-mile optimization, real-time visibility, and automation.<o:p></o:p>· Translate industry trends into actionable product strategies that deliver measurable ROI.<o:p></o:p>· Develop business cases and value realization frameworks for product initiatives.<o:p></o:p>· Build and scale CEP consulting frameworks, including methodologies, playbooks, and thought leadership assets.<o:p></o:p>· Mentor internal teams and support capability development for CEP solutions.<o:p></o:p>· Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape proposals, lead client workshops, and present strategic product roadmaps.<o:p></o:p>· Represent Cognizant in industry forums, webinars, and strategic partnerships.<o:p></o:p><h1>Work Model<o:p></o:p></h1>We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
