Senior Retail Associate (Delhi)

Role & responsibilities - Drive store sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly revenue goals - Lead, motivate, and supervise store team members to deliver excellent customer experience - Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation as per company guidelines - Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor daily store performance, productivity, and conversion metrics - Manage store inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper stock replenishment - Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and compliance standards Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 2 years of experience in any role - Valuable communication skills - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store performance - Experience in optical, fashion, footwear, apparel, or similar retail industry preferred - Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) - Immediate joiners will be preferred Note:- After selection there will be 20 days of Training in Lenskart Academy Bhiwadi.
