We are seeking a Sr. Software Development Engineer with strong .NET backend and Angular frontend expertise to build and enhance modern, full-stack solutions.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering high-quality software, driving modernization, and supporting scalable UI/UX experiences and backend services.You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, UX, QA, DevSecOps, and SRE teams to deliver secure, performant, and reliable solutions aligned to business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development (.NET + Angular)<ul><li>Design and develop full-stack applications using:<ul><li>.NET / .NET Core (backend services, APIs)</li><li>Angular (UI/UX layer)</li></ul></li><li>Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices supporting CAS workflows</li><li>Develop responsive, high-performing UI components aligned with UX standards</li></ul>System Design & Modernization<ul><li>Contribute to modernization of CAS from monolithic architecture to cloud-ready services</li><li>Participate in feature-level design and architecture discussions</li><li>Implement scalable patterns for service integration, API management, and UI orchestration</li></ul>Performance & Reliability<ul><li>Optimize application performance across UI, services, and data layers</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis</li><li>Ensure high availability and reliability of applications</li></ul>Engineering Excellence<ul><li>Follow secure SDLC and best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks</li><li>Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security requirements</li></ul>AI & Automation (Emerging)<ul><li>Support integration of AI-driven capabilities (e.g., document processing, decision automation)</li><li>Build APIs/services that integrate with AI/ML platforms where applicable</li><li>Follow responsible AI and data handling practices</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with Product, UX, QA, DevSecOps, and SRE teams</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement</li><li>Support deployments, release readiness, and post-release stabilization</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with:<ul><li>.NET / .NET Core (C#)</li><li>Angular (modern Angular versions preferred)</li></ul></li><li>Experience building full-stack applications (UI + APIs + services)</li><li>Solid understanding of API design, system design, and distributed systems fundamentals</li><li>Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices</li><li>Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills (UI + backend)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience modernizing legacy systems into microservices or cloud-native architectures</li><li>Familiarity with event-driven architecture, DDD, and API governance</li><li>Experience with Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms</li><li>Exposure to DevSecOps practices, observability, and monitoring tools</li><li>Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI integrations</li><li>Experience in healthcare/pharmacy or regulated environments (HIPAA/PHI)</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required)</li><li>Master’s degree (preferred)</li></ul>Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
