o Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks according to Kosa Coffee’s recipes and standards.
o Ensure all beverages are presented attractively and delivered with correct temperature and consistency.
Customer Interaction & Service:
o Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and engage with them to enhance their experience at Kosa Coffee.
o Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and promote Kosa Coffee’s specialty drinks. o Handle customer complaints and special requests efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
o Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment properly to ensure optimal performance.
o Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure consistent beverage quality.
Store Cleanliness & Hygiene Compliance:
o Maintain cleanliness of the barista station, dining area, and workstations throughout the shift.
o Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
Cash Handling & POS Operation:
o Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. o Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently, ensuring accurate end-of-shift reconciliations.
Team Collaboration & Support:
o Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and assist during peak hours.
o Provide support to kitchen staff and other team members when needed, including restocking supplies and cleaning duties.
Inventory Monitoring & Stocking: o Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, ensuring timely restocking.
o Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries to maintain proper stock levels and freshness of ingredients
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Passionate about coffee, with the ability to prepare high-quality beverages consistently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and remain organized.
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to Kosa Coffee’s standards.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
