This remote role, open to candidates across PAN India, offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the delivery of reliable, scalable software solutions within diverse ERP and enterprise technology environments. As a Software Test Engineer at Concentrix, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge applications, fostering innovation and driving customer success across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for various testing types, including functional, API, performance, and security testing.
Implement and maintain robust automation test scripts using industry-standard frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Robot Framework, and Appium.
Conduct thorough API testing using tools like Postman to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and optimal communication between systems.
Perform detailed performance and load testing with JMeter to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring application scalability and responsiveness under various conditions.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams within an Agile development methodology, integrating testing early into the CI/CD pipeline.
Analyze test results, meticulously document defects, and work proactively with developers to ensure timely resolution and effective retesting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall product quality and team efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software testing or test automation roles.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Robot Framework, or Appium.
Solid understanding of API testing principles and practical experience with tools such as Postman.
Familiarity with performance testing concepts and experience using tools like JMeter is highly desirable.
Experience working effectively in Agile development environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted testing methodologies is considered a significant advantage.
