Team members join a dynamic environment focused on building moments that shape cultural conversations and elevate brand presence.</p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> <strong>The 2D Designer – Events </strong><strong>especially in Alcobev</strong><span> </span>role at Anthem is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves translating event concepts into visually compelling 2D designs for stages, venue layouts, branding collaterals, signage, and digital assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The designer collaborates closely with event planners, project managers, and client-facing teams to develop creative mockups, mood boards, and detailed design decks for pitches and live events. Day-to-day tasks include creating print-ready artwork, refining designs based on feedback, coordinating with vendors for production specifications, and ensuring all visual elements support the overall event experience. The role also includes maintaining design consistency across campaigns, staying updated on design trends in experiential marketing, and contributing to ideation sessions.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Event Designing skills, including 2D layout design, branding collaterals, and visual concept development for <strong>events especially in Alcobev</strong></li><li>Event Planning and Event Management capabilities to collaborate on timelines, workflows, and on-ground execution requirements.</li><li>Strong Communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and production vendors.</li><li>Sales and presentation support skills to create compelling pitch decks, proposal visuals, and client-facing design materials.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant 2D design software.</li><li>Ability to interpret brand guidelines and adapt them to event environments and experiential campaigns.</li><li>Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; agency or event industry experience is an advantage.</li></ul>
