Generate reports and deliver presentations to senior management to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve and innovate CarMax's retail strategy. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and the achievement of team goals.
