About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive in-store sales and assist customers in discovering and purchasing products across all brands.
2. Develop in-depth knowledge of the store's brand portfolio, including products, pricing, and USP's.
3. Monitor daily stock levels and identify products that require restocking.
4. Solve brand queries and issues on the phone and via email.
4. Coordinate with brands to ensure timely product replenishment.
5. Manage product labeling, barcoding, and POS system updates.
6. Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve stock discrepancies.
7. Ensure the store is organized, well-merchandised, and customer-ready at all times.
8. Build and maintain relationships with brand partners for day-to-day coordination and operational support.
