<div><strong><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></strong><br/>The Strategic Development Leader owns the strategy, direction and performance of the X-Ray product portfolio for big deals, national accounts, academics, and other strategic market growth areas.<br/><br/><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><strong><b>Job Description</b></strong><br/><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Hit Orders & Revenue targets annually for targeted National Accounts and large fleet deals</p></li><li><p>Deliver product expertise to Region Modality Leaders, Imaging Account Managers and National Account Executives and focus on how to identify key customer challenges early in a deal cycle to manufacture big deals</p></li><li><p>Deal coaching for targeted modality opportunities</p></li><li><p>Identify strategic break-in opportunities nationally to drive strategy and deal execution</p></li><li><p>Identify and own defined “big deals”, supporting the local account team, but taking a visible leadership role in the deal and with Key strategic physicians and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Identify and build out a programmatic approach to both big deals and academics based on an understanding of patterns, effective positioning and an understanding of modality-specific value adds. Apply pattern recognition, positioning, deal understanding and strategy.</p></li><li><p>Innovate and create strong deal structure and overall winning mentality with the local field team</p></li><li><p>Build key relationships with National and GPO accounts and drive engagements with internal team to increase market share.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years selling experience</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in the Healthcare industry</p></li><li><p>Significant X-Ray or Imaging equipment knowledge and proven experience and success selling these products</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel 50% of the time</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><ul><li><p>Technical Imaging/radiology product knowledge</p></li><li><p>Hospital executive relationship building skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language</p></li><li><p>Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages</p></li><li><p>Excellent negotiation & closing skills</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Strong relationship building skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-KC1</p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $96,000.00-$144,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
