Join us as we change the future of addiction healthcare.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you believe in recovery, harm reduction, and member-centered care — this is your place.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.</li> <li>Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.</li> <li>Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.</li> <li>Monitor member progress and document outcomes.</li> <li>Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.</li> <li>Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li>An active behavioral health licensure in the state of Kentucky ncluding but not limited to: LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPP, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, LCADC <strong>with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states</strong></li> <li>Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.</li> <li>High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.</li> <li>Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.</li> <li>Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.</li> <li>Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
