Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain/Operations Executive to manage shipment documentation and coordination for US logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding and international shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process US shipment documentation
• Handle documents such as B/L, MBL, POD, ISF, and AES filings
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records
• Resolve documentation discrepancies
• Support end-to-end freight forwarding operations

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or documentation
• Knowledge of US shipment processes and documentation
• Familiarity with ISF and AES filings
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics software/systems
