Role Description The Team Lead Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading a retail team in an on-site environment in Miami Beach, FL. This role includes coordinating staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service on the sales floor.

The Team Lead

Manager monitors sales performance, supports visual merchandising, and helps maintain inventory accuracy and store standards. They coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance discussions, while fostering an inclusive, high-energy work culture. The role also involves handling escalated customer issues, supporting operational procedures, and partnering with management to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Retail operations experience, such as inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to store policies.
  • Customer service and communication skills to build rapport, resolve issues, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Sales and merchandising abilities, including driving conversion, understanding KPIs, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage shifts, and meet operational deadlines.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise safely, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality leadership is preferred; footwear or apparel experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or management is beneficial.
