Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide technical solutions related to company products and services.
  • Prepare technical & commercial proposals/quotations and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
  • Conduct site visits and technical discussions when required.
  • Build strong customer relationships, develop customer trust, and understand the customer needs.
  • Executes and builds a strong customer leads through marketing activities, and order value to achieve set sales objectives.
