Tele-calling Agent (English and Hindi)

You speak to people all day and you are good at it. This role runs on a smartphone, from home. You call leads, understand what they need, qualify the good ones and follow up so nothing slips. You speak English and Hindi fluently. Pay is fixed with incentives on top, so good work pays off. What you will do: Call leads from a daily list and have natural, helpful conversations. Ask the right questions to understand what each person needs. Qualify leads and pass the strong ones to the team with clear notes. Follow up on time so no good lead goes cold. Keep simple, accurate records of every call. Handle questions and objections with patience. Hit daily call and quality targets. What we are looking for: Fluent English and Hindi. A clear, warm phone manner. You listen well and stay calm under pressure. Reliable and self-driven when working from home. A smartphone with a stable internet connection.
