Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Telecalling

• Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

Document & File Management

• Verify documents and maintain records.
• Organize files and ensure proper documentation.

Social Media Handling

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Assist in creating and posting content.

Basic Photo & Video Editing

• Perform basic editing for social media and promotional materials.
• Support marketing-related creative tasks.

Team Leadership (For Experienced Candidates)

• Guide and coordinate team members.
• Monitor daily activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Office Administration

• Support daily office operations.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and productive work environment.

Requirements Diploma or Any Degree (UG / PG)

Good communication skills in Tamil

Basic computer knowledge

Familiarity with Social Media platforms

Basic Editing Skills will be an added advantage

Teamwork, responsibility, and a positive attitude
