Role Description

As a Training Executive at Asia Retail Academy, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of retail professionals. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, preparing materials, assessing employee performance, and collaborating with clients to tailor training to their specific needs. This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with options for remote work as needed.

Qualifications

Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills
Knowledge of retail industry trends and hands-on retail operations experience is an advantage
Curriculum design and training program development capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation and training management
