We are expanding our dispatch operations and are seeking skilled Truck Dispatchers who can confidently manage daily load coordination, driver support, and broker communication. Position Overview: The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for booking freight, negotiating rates, coordinating driver schedules, and overseeing loads from pickup to delivery. This is a fully remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Important Requirement: To be considered for this position, you must hold a Dispatcher101.com Truck Dispatching Certification or equivalent recognized dispatcher training certification. Responsibilities: • Secure loads for drivers using load boards, broker relationships, and internal routing strategies. • Negotiate rates with brokers and/or shippers to maximize profitability. • Manage driver schedules, routing, and daily check-ins. • Monitor loads from pickup through delivery; resolve delays or issues as they arise. • Communicate professionally with drivers, carriers, and brokers. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and delivery confirmations. • Ensure full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Qualifications: • Dispatcher101.com Certification or equivalent dispatcher training (Required). • Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics coordination, or related field is preferred. • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure. • Proficiency with computers, load boards, spreadsheets, and web-based dispatching tools. • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
