<p><strong>A2Z Accounting Solutions Ltd</strong> is a growing UK firm of Chartered Certified Accountants supporting businesses across the UK with accounting, tax, VAT, bookkeeping, payroll and business advisory services.</p><p><br></p><p> are hiring an experienced <strong>UK Accountant</strong> to join our <strong>100% work-from-home India team</strong>.</p><p>Our India team is employed through <strong>A2Z Employment India Private Limited</strong>, our Indian entity established to provide proper local employment, payroll and statutory compliance for our India-based team.</p><p><br></p>What we need<p>You must have at least <strong>3 years of hands-on UK accounting experience</strong> within a UK accountancy practice or UK-focused KPO, including:</p><p><br></p><p>• Bookkeeping</p><p>• UK VAT returns</p><p>• Management accounts</p><p>• UK year-end accounts</p><p>• QuickBooks Online and/or Xero</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Excellent spoken and written English is essential</strong>, including confidence communicating directly with UK clients.</p><p><br></p><p>You must be able to work independently, manage deadlines, identify issues and take ownership of your work.<br></p>Working with us<p><br></p><p><strong>Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You will benefit from:</p><p><br></p><p>• 100% work from home</p><p>• Direct exposure to UK clients</p><p>• Broad practical experience across multiple areas of UK accounting</p><p>• Strong technical learning and career development</p><p>• Exposure to complex and varied client situations rather than repetitive KPO work</p><p>• Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing UK practice</p><p><br></p><p>The learning exposure is intensive — <strong>3 months with us can provide more practical experience than years in a narrowly structured KPO role.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We invest heavily in training and development, so we are looking for someone genuinely interested in building a career with us and able to make a <strong>minimum 3-year commitment</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>Please <strong>do not apply</strong> if your experience is mainly Indian accounting, GST, Indian taxation or audit, or if you have less than 3 years of genuine UK accounting/KPO experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Shortlisted candidates will be assessed on <strong>UK accounting knowledge, practical experience and communication skills and will be invited for an internal application.</strong></p>
