Key Responsibilities: •Process daily orders through e-commerce shipping panels (Shopify, Shiprocket, etc.). Running softwares such as zoho inventory etc. •Pick the correct items, sizes, and SKUs from inventory shelves. •Safely fold, pack, and apply 4x6 thermal shipping labels and barcodes on parcels. •Coordinate with courier pickup executives (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) and get manifests signed. •Inspect returned items (RTO), verify product condition, and restock inventory. Requirements & Skills: Basic computer skills (browsing, order dashboards, basic Excel). •Prior experience in e-commerce packing, picking, and dispatching (preferred, but quick-learning freshers are welcome). •Attention to detail to avoid size/color mix-ups during dispatch.
