We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Work From Home process. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Experience: Fresher / Experienced Candidates

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits For Freshers

• 16,000 CTC

For Candidates with 1+ Year Experience

• Up to 19,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through the voice process
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Working Hours

• 6 Days Working / 1 Weekly Rotational Off
• 9 Hours Shift (8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)
• Shift Window: 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM
• Candidates must be flexible for rotational shifts, including occasional graveyard shift in training and during Occasions / Festivals.
