HR Service Jobs is urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive for our Guwahati location. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our services, build brand awareness, and attract new clients. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about market trends, customer engagement, and innovative outreach strategies.
🛠Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, on-ground).
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to align marketing strategies with client acquisition goals.
Build relationships with local businesses, institutions, and media for promotional partnerships.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage and update the companys social media presence, including content creation and audience interaction.
Organize and participate in promotional events, job fairs, and client meetings.
Prepare weekly reports detailing campaign performance, leads generated, and ROI metrics.
✅ Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms).
Ability to handle fieldwork and client visits in Guwahati and nearby areas.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (Assamese) preferred.
📚 Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a service-based or HR domain.
Experience in field marketing or B2B client acquisition will be a strong advantage.

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Occasional travel and extended hours may be required for field activities or events.
