We are urgently hiring an experienced Real Estate Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of Dubai real estate experience. This position is for immediate joiners only and focuses on off-plan and secondary market sales with strong lead support and high commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily fresh leads provided by the company
Sell off-plan projects and ready properties
Conduct client meetings, viewings, and site visits
Advise clients on pricing, payment plans, and ROI
Close deals and manage the full sales cycle
Update client details in the CRM system

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate
Immediate joiner only
Experience in off-plan and/or secondary sales
Knowledge of Dubai property areas and market trends
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and commission-oriented
RERA certification is a plus
English language is mandatory
