  • Communication skill Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi
  • Education – Min Higher secondary
  • Experience – min 1 year BPO, Fresher’s are also welcome
  • Work Timing – 24*7 rotational
  • Week off –Rotational,5 days working
  • Maximum Age Limit - 40
Interview Structure -
  • HR round – Yes (over video call and Aadhar is mandatory for WFH)
  • Typing Test –Min 25WPM/90% accuracy
  • Versant 3 & above
  • PMAP
  • Client Round – Yes( Over Gmeet, Selfie with Aadhar is mandate)

System specification –

  • Windows version- Win 10 or 11
  • RAM- 8gb or above
  • The processor must be either core i5 & above, Ryzen 5 & above
  • GEN 7 & above
  • Power Backup
  • Noice Cancelation Headset (USB)

Salary and Benefits

  • For Fresher (WFH) – 1,68,000, Monthly In hand 12.7k approx.
  • For Experience (WFH) – 1,90,000, Monthly In hand 14.1k approx.
