Vendor Operations Specialist II

Answers vendor related questions on systems, processes, technology, and procedures and researches and resolves issues of medium complexity. Performs research and data analysis to report on key vendor metrics and presents findings to the vendor and/or team leadership. Responsible for assigned contractor`s delivery of work including Quality, Timeliness, and other Service Level Agreements, Inventory Management and other operational metrics. Works with the vendor to address and resolve critical issues. Facilitates trainings for vendors on new or updated process. Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience/training and 2+ years of relevant experience. Moderate communication (oral & written) skills to effectively communicate with internal partners and external vendors. Strong research, problem solving, analytical, relationship management, and critical thinking skills. Solid understanding of business operations. Solid project management skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
