UK based RF Community Media, who publish the Asian Standard Newspaper and Asian Sunday & Style Magazine is looking for a talented and forward-thinking Video Editor to join our growing media team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative all-rounder who enjoys working across video editing for podcasts, commercials and UGC content. We are looking for someone who is up to speed with AI-powered content creation. You must be creative and passionate about marketing and video, embracing new technology and can produce high-quality work to tight deadlines.
About the Role
You will play a key role in the editing of our podcasts and UGC video content and help us create compelling short form videos to embed within our e-newspaper. Therefore knowledge of marketing and creative concepts would be an advantage
Your responsibilities will include
Editing our podcast using existing brand materials
Assisting the team with UGC content ideas, which you will later edit.
Using AI tools to transform selected newspaper content into interactive digital experiences and short-form video for our e-paper.
Supporting the team with video editing for social media, digital campaigns and editorial content.
Working closely with our editorial and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Essential Skills
Applicants should demonstrate experience in:
Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
AI-powered creative tools for design, image generation, workflow automation and video production.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
