Working as a Virtual Contact Center Representative You Will:
- Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbounds calls.
- Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
- Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Requirements:
- Be able to type 35 Words Per Minute
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must own and provide work equipment for work from home
