The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As a Virtual HR Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across multiple industries, while using innovative recruitment technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and workforce planning needs.
Post job openings on multiple platforms and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and facilitate the offer process.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain candidate relationships, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and virtual collaboration tools.
Experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience handling virtual or remote recruitment is highly preferred.
Exposure to diverse industries and high-volume hiring is an advantage.
Working Hours
