Write up corporate credit paper proposals and annual reviews.
Structure complex facilities for large market cap conglomerates and MNCs.
Collaborate with Senior Team Leads to manage corporate lending relationships.

Responsibilities:

Write and prepare wholesale credit applications, credit reviews and other proposals for large market cap corporates.
Work closely with Relationship Managers to structure deals before submission to credit underwriting department.
Perform periodic reviews on a portfolio of large corporate accounts to identify any emerging credit deterioration and recommend remedial action, if any.
Identify risks associated with such exposures and make appropriate recommendations to facilitate decision making by credit approving authority.
Mediate difference in views between credit evaluation and business units in order to achieve an optimal proposition, balancing both risk and business needs.
Keep abreast to market trends including economics, regulatory and policy changes.

Ideal Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.
Certified Credit Professional, OMEGA or any similar credit-related certification is an added advantage.
6 to 8 years of experience in Large Cap Commercial, OR Corporate Banking lending.
