Shift: Night Shift
Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Cab Facility: Pick-up & Drop Facility Available
Job Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR)
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments.
Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims and outstanding balances.
Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and claim-related information.
Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
Meet process quality, productivity and communication standards.
Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in a night shift / US shift.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
