Key Responsibilities
Study Start-Up Support
Review clinical protocols focusing on imaging requirements.
Set up project databases and organize medical communication folders.
Prepare site manuals, labels, and compliance reports.
Create source documents/eCRFs as needed.
Clinical Documentation and Compliance
Develop and finalize study documents like Protocol Amendment Impact Forms (PAIFs), Notes to File (NTFs), and Transfers of Obligation (ToO).
Maintain document versioning, database tracking, and final deliverables.
Training and Communication
Assist in updating training modules and SOPs.
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent communication.
Prepare and document meeting minutes.
Project Close-Outs
Manage end-to-end project documentation closure.
Ensure compliance and submission of all final records.
Educational Background
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, or Pharmaceutics.
Skills and Experience
Freshers can apply; 1–2 years in medical/pharma/clinical research is preferred.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of clinical trial terminology is a plus.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
