We are hiring candidates for the Blinkit OBD (Order-Based Delivery/Outbound) Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer orders, order processing, picking/packing coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch as per process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process customer orders as per the defined process.

  • Pick, scan, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.

  • Ensure orders are processed within the given turnaround time.

  • Verify order details and maintain accuracy during order processing.

  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment.

  • Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

  • Maintain productivity and quality standards.

  • Resolve basic order-related issues and escalate concerns when required.

  • Ensure proper handling of products and maintain workplace hygiene.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Basic communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of smartphones/apps.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
