Citi Markets invites students graduating between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 to apply for the Citi Markets Liberal Arts Mentorship Program. This program is designed to support students from Liberal Arts and STEM backgrounds in exploring career opportunities within Citi Markets including Sales and Trading and Quantitative Analysis. Each participant will be paired with a Junior and Senior Mentor from Citi Markets who will provide guidance on interview preparation, market and technical knowledge and professional development through a virtual curriculum. This four-week virtual program, taking place September 14, 2026 through October 9, 2026, is aligned to Citi’s Sales and Trading and Quantitative Analysis businesses. Successful participants will be invited to interview for the 2027 Summer Analyst program in either Sales and Trading or Quantitative Analysis. We will be hosting an information session about this program on August 31st from 5:00pm - 5:45pm, zoom details will be sent out to applicants closer to the date.
Responsibilities
Be paired with a Junior and Senior Mentor from Citi Markets.
Receive guidance on interview preparation.
Gain market and technical knowledge.
Engage in professional development through a virtual curriculum.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028)
Currently maintain a GPA of 3.3 or above
Majoring in Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science/Data Science and/or a closely related degree.
Creative in solving problems and intellectually curious
Hard-working, detail-oriented, and diligent
Quick-thinking, have the ability to multi-task, and are focused on achieving the group and client objectives
Confident and comfortable with clients and articulate in oral and written communication
Nice-to-haves
Interested in Markets and determined to succeed in the field.
Have a global perspective on the Markets and want to make an impact.
