Job Description
- Design and develop automation workflows and scripts that improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements
- Implement tools and technologies for process automation, including scripting languages, automation platforms and APIs
- Test and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Monitor and maintain automated systems so they meet performance and service level objectives
- Provide technical support and training to end users on automated processes and systems
