Responsibilities

  • Meet customers, listen to their vehicle problems and note them accurately
  • Inspect vehicles and advise customers on the repairs or maintenance needed
  • Open job cards in the dealership system (CRM-DMS) with correct customer and vehicle details
  • Prepare and share cost and time estimates, and take customer approval
  • Assign vehicles to the Floor Supervisor and track repair progress
  • Contact customers for any additional work or expenses
  • Check the repair quality before delivery and explain the bill to the customer
  • Update customers on progress and ensure delivery on the committed date
  • Handle customer queries and complaints and close them within the set time
  • Follow up on PSF (post-service feedback), warranty and service-promotion offer

Requirements

  • Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile or Electrical. Other qualifications with strong workshop experience can also apply [confirm]
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automobile workshop. Commercial vehicle (truck/bus) experience is an advantage
  • Good troubleshooting and diagnostic understanding of vehicles
  • Good communication in Tamil and English
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office and dealership software)
  • Valid driving licence preferred (for test drives after repair)
  • Customer-friendly, disciplined and a good team player

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
