We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students, generate admissions enquiries and guide candidates regarding our courses. Key Responsibilities - Call prospective students and follow up on incoming enquiries. - Explain course details, duration, fees, benefits and career opportunities. - Generate interest in our AI-Powered Advanced Digital Marketing Course. - Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions and institute visits. - Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp. - Maintain lead records, daily calling reports and follow-up status. - Convert interested enquiries into demo bookings and admissions. - Handle student queries professionally and politely. - Coordinate with the admission counselling and training team. - Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets. Required Skills - Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage. - Confident speaking ability and a positive attitude. - Basic knowledge of calling, WhatsApp and computer operations. - Ability to convince, handle objections and follow up with leads. - Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. - Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred. Salary & Incentives - Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. - Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on demo bookings and successful admissions. - Training and growth opportunities for good performers.
