Job Description:

  • Inspect and assess vehicle damage
  • Estimate vehicle repair costs
  • Negotiate equitable settlements
  • Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers
  • Consult with involved parties
  • Review insurance contracts
  • Inspect vehicles and write estimates
  • Manage rental cars
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
  • Complete required hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA training facility and field training center

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
  • Active Adjusters license preferred
